Catered event is at cost per meal. Hall rental is waived. All meals are served
buffet style

Damage deposit – Hall - $100,*
Table cloths - $6/table
Place settings – plates, cutlery, water & wine glasses - $4.00/setting.
Broken or missing items will be charged at $3.50/item
To secure booking we require a deposit. This will be considered part rental and
damage deposit. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if event is cancelled or
there is damage to the property.
Depending on the function type, such as a catered meal, further payment may be
required.
Full payment is made directly after the function. 15% Gratuity and 15% HST will be added.
The Barn at The Point is a licensed establishment. Alcohol for events is purchased by owners, any specific alcohol that is not on the current list, but may be required can be
obtained. Bottled wine is served with a $5.50 corkage fee.
Homemade Wine or Beer is not permitted.
Unauthorized alcohol is not permitted.
Bar services available include :
Cash Bar – Guests pay for their beverages individually.
Host Bar – Event Host pays for all beverages.
Partial Host Bar – Beverages purchased are subsidized by the host.
The Barn is wheelchair accessible.
